We have been with Shinjiru for half a year (hosting a few websites) now and I cannot say Shinjiru's perfect, yet no one is. The Shinjiru staff responds very fast. Important inquiries like downtime issues are resolved within minutes to 2 - 3h max. Remember the time zone, night or day, they take care of it anyway! Shared Hosting is normally a tough nut to crack, for hosters and webmasters as well. Response time fluctuations and traffic congestions happen. After tracking down the server problem once for all, the website is up, 100% of the time. Maintenance (seldom necessary) of the server has the consequence of the downtime of little hours (~2, 3h). You will be informed via email in a timely fashion, hence you can deactivate advertising campaigns for this specific time frame. So no surprises at this point, too. That is why it is good to have technical experts right by your side who take care of hosting issues professionally and fast at the same time. The Malaysia servers seem to have an average of 100kb/sec bandwidth, thus I recommend European and American customers to go for their data centers in the UK and EU. When I had a problem, even if some things were not matters of support team, the techs still helped solve these problems. This qualifies as and excellent support. However, I could say this is more applicable to dedicated server packages. I have also a shared package, where the help was slower. Since I moved a fragment of a site from the dedicated to shared, I have raised the ticket under dedicated package and the problem was solved immediately.

I do not know where to begin to start. Everytime I have submitted a ticket I have received a reponse from your support team. Whether they fix the issues right away or not (they have ALWAYS fixed any issues I’ve had and have yet to find one they can not handle). They always have a response and that means a lot. A lot of companies will not respond for quite some time. I own an online business and know what it takes and means to have good communication between buyer and seller. In this case of hosting, me being the buyer and Shinjiru being the seller, I have been 100% and completely satisfied with the support. This particular ticket was handled just as all the others have been handled very prompt. At first, I did not provide enough information to the support team so they requested more from me. We then emailed one another a few more times and they found the issue. Within 20 minutes (I was told it would take 30 minutes) the issue had been resolved and work started flowing again. First, I am a newbie at this hosting and design stuff. I don't have a huge site and I just want a simple e-commerce site. However, for me....as long as everything work the way it supposed to be, it is ok! And when I need help (which is quite often in my case) I want to be able to get that help reliably, quickly and easily.
I left my previous hosting provider because their service was lousy. Whenever I need their support, it will take ages for them to reply. So I left. Because of those terrible experiences, I really did my homework before selecting a new company this time around. My goal is to find a company which put support as No. 1 prime time. Shinjiru came through in a big way.
Every e-mail I sent was answered promptly. In particular, one support staff kept me company for the whole 1 hour session to trouble shoot some scripts and permission settings. I had some bugs getting everything set up initially (on my end, not their's) and he hung in there with me until I was up-and-running. The amount of time spent with me to make sure I was happy was truly above and beyond my expectations. I was even able to communicate directly with the owner of the company a couple of times.
For me, this was exactly what I was looking for. Great support, great product, great price. It's not very often that you find all three. I couldn't be happier.
