Shift Support Engineer Level 1/2

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for systems administration for the group, including networks, applications and operating systems. This includes implementation, configuration, troubleshooting, security, and usage monitoring.
  • Responsible for administering and maintaining the systems / servers to support the business operations and end users.
  • Perform systems installation and setup, systems monitoring, system performance tuning and system resources.
  • Assist to troubleshoot and provide users with technical support on both hardware and software
  • Good communication skill
  • Provide support to our end user via phone and ticketing system
  • Monitoring servers and network in different data centers

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Required skill(s): Linux, Windows, Networking.
  • Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Experience in Web Hosting environment will be added advantage.

Web Programmer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop new applications
  • Maintain and enhance existing websites
  • Perform complete testing of web application and system
  • Fixing errors / troubleshooting
  • Able to build from scratch

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in related field
  • Required skill(s): AJAX, jQuery, PHP, HTML, ASP.net, MS SQL and MySQL
  • Good at Research and Development, as well as system logical thinking

Responsibilities:

  • Develop creative websites

Marketing Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Involve in market strategies development by ensuring compliance with corporate branding and marketing objectives
  • Partake in advertising & promotion campaign planning
  • Liaise with internal departments / divisions for effective implementation of all marketing campaigns
  • Perform market research in a consistent and accurate manner
  • Prepare marketing materials, such as product briefs, data sheets, product brochures, event flyers, translation and etc.
  • Analyze marketing campaign and track customer trends; fine tune strategies and tactics to increase effectiveness
  • Perform market analysis, competitor research to identify business opportunities
  • Prepare and generate reports to analyze the effectiveness of the marketing campaign executed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Studies / Management, or equivalent
  • At least 2 years of working experience in the related field
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Good level of proficiency in written / conversational English
  • Able to speak and write in Chinese (Mandarin) will be an added advantage

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Given a sales target to achieve and commission for hitting the target
  • Responsible for all online sales customer service coordination and enquiries
  • Prepare business quotations and documents during the sales tender cycle
  • Oversee the operations and management of Shinjiru’s Group affiliate program
  • Responsible for managing all promotional items and giveaways

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in IT Business, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • Good level of proficiency in written and conversational English
  • Able to speak and write in Chinese (Mandarin) will be an added advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint

Billing Admin. Coordinator

Responsibilities:

  • Handle monthly renewal invoices of Shared Hosting / Virtual Private Server
  • Send reminder to customers on renewal and before suspension
  • Handle suspension shared hosting plan and shared hosting plan termination
  • Create and follow up on domain expiry list and credit term list
  • Create new hosting packages in servers

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma and above

Accounts cum HR Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in general day to day accounting function and duties
  • Update daily transactions into accounting systems
  • Assist in preparing payment voucher & cheques
  • Assist in handling Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), General Ledger (GL) transactions
  • Manage day to day operation in Human Resources
  • Execute HR-related programmes to ensure that the organization’s current and future HR requirements are met (Programs include recruitment; training and development; compensation/remuneration; benefits; performance evaluation; organizational development; relocation; HR administration; employee relations)
  • Ensure employees are recruited, managed, organized, trained, evaluated and rewarded in accordance with organization’s HR strategy

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking or equivalent
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field. Experience in HR field is an advantage
  • Familiar with MS Office (eg. Word, Excel)
  • Good oral and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English
  • Willing to run daily errands (eg. banking, paying bills, submitting documents etc)
  • Must be multi task, team work, resourceful, initiative, independent, responsibility, attention to detail, work under pressure
Internal Sales Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing sales quotation to customers
  • Attending to customer enquiries through email and phone calls
  • Responsible for payment collection
  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer orders are being handled promptly and delivered on-time

Requirements:

  • Diploma in any discipline or SPM Holders with at least 1 years working experience in sales
  • Good communication and writing skills in Bahasa Malaysia, Chinese and English
  • Willing to learn as training will be provided
  • Computer literate, required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Office
  • Must be aggressive, proactive, resourceful personality with good communication and inter-personal skill
