Before transfer your domain, please ensure that:

  You have 14 days grace period before the domain’s expired due date - as this domain transfer domain may take between 5 to 7 days to complete.
  The domain name must be registered for more than 60 days.
  The domain name must be renewed for more than 45 days.
  The domain name is not involved in any legal or payment dispute.
  The domain name status is ACTIVE.
  The Private Domain Registration (if you have purchased) has been removed through control panel or current domain registrar.
  Only the administrative person of the domain has the authority for domain transfer.
  The email address of the administrative contact for the domain name must be valid.

 

How to transfer domain?

  Ensure that the registered information such as name and email address of your domain is accurate.
  • You may check the domain’s detail through http://who.is or contact your current registrar to get full administrative right of this domain
     
  Get the Transfer Domain Code or sometimes referred as “EPP” – Extensible Provisioning Protocol from your current domain registrar.
  • Contact your current domain registrar of the domain to request for the domain’s EPP code.
  • After that, pass it to us. We need to verify this code before we transfer your domain name.
     
  Lastly, send all the required information to our Sales Department at sales@shinjiru.com.my
  • Domain name
  • Domain’s control panel login
  • Transfer Domain Code or EPP
  • Admin contact email for the domain’s registered.
