Shinjiru Deepavali & Birthday Celebrations!
In Malaysia, we lived in multi-cultural country with a diverse mix of cultural traditions. Deepavali or Diwali is known as the Festival of Lights. It is the most important celebration for Hindus worldwide. On 21st November, Shinjiru held a small celebration for their beloved staffs. This going to be a memorable celerantion for all Shinjiru staffs.
On the evening, we were indulged with the variety of delicious Indian Cuisine. The foods were laid out on a single leaf, reminding us that everything good in this world is grown from the ground up, right down to the plates. The menu includes Colourful Rice, Thosai, Capatti, Spiced Fried Chicken, Mixed Vegetables, Mutton Curry, Spicy Fish Sambal, Dhal Curry and also Papadom. It was so fantastic! No one can resist all these delicious foods!
Right after dinner, we have had a birthday celebration for November babies! TIn Shinjiru, we believe that the recipe for a healthy work-life is incomplete without a secret ingredient which is caring for each colleague.
To make it more cherish and fun, a dance competition was held. We’re having so much fun watching their freestyle dancing skills! ;p
