Internal Sales Executive

Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead emails, online communities, ticketing and live chat.
Understand customer needs and requirements as well as preparing quotations and process new orders.
Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate outdoor sales team for further development and closure.
Close sales and achieve quarterly targets.
Represent Shinjiru at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
Research existing accounts, generate campaigns and opportunities to increase business yields.
Team with business development team to build pipeline and close deal.
Able to have flexible working hours (i.e. public holidays and weekends if required).
No cold calls required.
Candidate must have an interest in the information technology industry.
Preferred past employment roles and responsibilities: Sales, Marketing.
Required languages(s): English and Malay.
Language proficiency requirement: English (Candidate is required to have a strong grasp of the English language).
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage time effectively.
Candidate is required to be polite, friendly and pro-active in advising customers on their requirements.
1 year working experience.
