Shinjiru believes in rewarding loyal and outstanding employees in Malaysia to create a positive work environment and encourage their commitment in many years to come.
Every year, we celebrate our dedicated employees’ 5 or 10-year anniversary by presenting them with Shinjiru’s Long Service Awards to commemorate their achievements.
“Rewarding employees in Malaysia is very important to an organisation like ours as it motivates more staff to follow the steps of those who has dedicated their time and effort to execute their tasks more efficiently in the long run.
“We encourage our counterparts to do the same, especially during these times of crisis where employees motivations are low and we need to uplift their spirits to work harder,” said Shaun Lim, Shinjiru Chief Technology Officer.
Four outstanding individuals were presented with a trophy, plaque and special gifts to reward their devoted contribution towards making Shinjiru a success even in challenging times.
The awards were given to Aidil Adzha Md Zainudin who has served Shinjiru for 10 years, and three others for their 5-year service – Head of Network & Service Delivery, Mohamed Abdelmagid; Senior System Administrator, Palvinder Singh and Dita Colour Assistant Business Manager, Aki Ngeow.
