We are looking for a proven Social Media Strategist to join our team. You will be championing our social media initiatives and lining up strategies to increase engagement, traffic and brand awareness

As a Social media strategist, you should have excellent multitasking skills to handle multiple social media accounts in a cohesive manner. If you have a creative flair of presenting our brand through social media channels, we would like to hear from you!

Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our company objectives are aligned with our business strategies.

• Create, curate & manage contents with consistent uploads on social media platforms based on a timeline.
• Capture data & analytics to evaluate effectiveness of campaigns/contents.
• Increase engagement on all social media platforms.
• Track competitor’s performance to elevate social media game plan & report to management.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Manage client complaints and feedback/reviews on all associated channels.

• Above average command in English and Malay language.
• Demonstrated effective track record of handling social media platforms and analytics reporting.
• Up to date with social media algorithms and changes.
• Have a knack for writing.
• Familiarity with design and publishing tools i.e. Canva, adobe Illustrator, automation tools etc.
• Attentive to details.
• Meeting deadlines is a MUST.
• Good organizational & time management skills.
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Lively & creative personality, work well with others and a team player.

• Preferably 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience

• Communicate with management on project updates and deliveries.
• Create the look and feel for websites, which involves developing a graphic design that effectively communicates the ideas being promoted by the website
• To develop conceptual ideas into graphic concepts and final deliverables when required
• Effective at conceptual brainstorming with department heads and other team members
• Produce creative design solutions with high visual impact
• Generate creative ideas for content, user interfaces, print/online marketing tools
• Undertake research and development in related areas and to assist the organization in unique web product development
• Design, develop and maintenance of client private label websites, portals and web-based application interfaces
• Ensure all projects are completed in an agreed timeline

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia or equivalent
• Required skill(s): WordPress, Bootstrap, HTML, CSS, jQuery/JavaScript, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Creative, innovative with passion to excel in the area of creative design
• Able to work independently and manage own workload under deadlines
• Strong interest in multimedia technologies, knowledge of scripting, stylesheet and/or Liferay Portal framework is added advantages
• Able to guide or train junior designers in related design works
• Able to work in a team environment
